Management Rehabilitation System "K-2 Method"

We would like to introduce the fiberglass composite high-strength CIPP pipe rehabilitation method.

The "K-2 Method" involves impregnating a heat-curing resin into a K2 liner, which is covered on both the inner and outer surfaces with a plastic film. This liner is then pulled into the pipeline, where liquid pressure is applied within the lining material, adhering it to the pipeline wall. The lining material is heated using hot water or a hot water shower, curing the heat-curing resin and forming a CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) within the pipeline. After curing, the plastic film on the inner surface is peeled away, resulting in a pipe rehabilitation method. 【Application Range】 ○ Main sewer pipes: φ200 to φ600mm ○ Sewer connection pipes: φ150 to φ200mm ○ Installation length → Main pipes: φ200 to φ350mm, maximum 120m → Main pipes: φ400 to φ600mm, maximum 80m → Connection pipes: maximum 13m For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Management Rehabilitation System "K-2 Method"

It is a pipe rehabilitation method that forms CIPP within the pipeline by curing thermosetting resin.

We would like to introduce the "K-2 Method," a pipe rehabilitation system. The "K2 Liner," which is a tubular resin adsorbent material covered on both the inner and outer surfaces with a plastic film, is impregnated with thermosetting resin and then pulled into the pipeline. Fluid pressure is applied to the lining material, which is adhered to the wall of the pipeline, and the lining material is heated with hot water or a hot water shower to cure the thermosetting resin, thereby forming CIPP within the pipeline. After curing, the plastic film on the inner surface is peeled off. 【Application Range】 ■ Main sewer pipes: φ150 to φ1200 ■ Sewer connection pipes: φ100 to φ200 ■ Construction length - Main pipes: up to 100m - Connection pipes: up to 30m *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
